2020 SCM Stefani KD Automatic Edgebander with ERC Series Conveyor

Automatic single-sided edgebander for edge gluing with hot melt glue on straight panels on all four sides and finishing/rounding off of panel corners.

Comes loaded with pre milling, gluing, end cutting, inline trimming, rounding, edge scraping and brushing unit. Enhancements include anti-adhesive device, glue scraping unit, edge brightening unit and large-capacity pre-melting device for eva glue.

Loading air cushion table to assist with handling of larger panels. This edgebander, combined with the ERC conveyor, streamlines workflow and creates a highly productive work center for banding parts utilizing a single operator. The result is savings in labour costs, improved machine efficiency, less damage due to material handling and a reduction of unusable pieces.
