2005 Burkle Truv Three Lamp UV Curing Oven

The Burkle Truv3 is a 3 lamp ultraviolet curing oven with a 55" wide opening.

This Truv unit has a field application as a single sided curing (partial or full polymerization) from the top of UV lacquered, flat work pieces. The bar conveyor features a roller chain with free turning bars which are chrome plated and have aluminum bushings. The conveyor has ease of adjustment with a frequency controlled direct drive.

The UV lamp and reflector are removeable from the top. Light protection curtain at the outfeed. Each UV module is equipped with a single lamp unit.
