The Opti-Sand Moulding Sander is a specialized sanding machine designed for finishing and sealer sanding of various workpieces, including mouldings, trim, flooring, and similar items. Its key features and design elements emphasize thorough and uniform sanding across different surfaces. Two horizontal top spindles target the upper surfaces of the workpiece, ensuring consistent sanding.

Adjustability:

• All spindles are adjustable to accommodate different workpiece sizes and to compensate for abrasive wear, ensuring long-term usability and precision as the sanding media degrades over time.

Pressure Rollers and Conveyor System:

• Full-width pressure rollers, adjustable via a hand crank, secure the workpieces firmly against the power conveyor and the rear guide fence. This ensures stability during sanding, preventing movement that could cause uneven finishes.
