Infeed Roller Conveyor

• Length: 1220 mm
• Provides smooth workpiece entry into the sprayer.

Paper Conveyor System

• Components: PVC belt with a protective paper tape (1700 mm wide; synthetic films optional).
• Design: Two trapezoidal guides vulcanized to the PVC belt ensure proper centering.
• Operation: Paper unwinds from an infeed reel and is wound at the outfeed by a drive unit, keeping the tape taut.

• Movement: Driven by toothed synthetic belts reinforced with steel strands, powered by a brushless motor for precise control of speed, acceleration, and deceleration.
• Paint System:

1. Supports up to 4 paint circuits.
2. Includes a recirculation system with a return circuit for quick washing and reduced washing liquid use.
3. Independent spray parameters for each gun.

Spraying Area

• Construction: Carbon steel profiles and pre-painted sheet metal panels.

1. Air is drawn by an electric fan, filtered, and evenly distributed via an air distribution plenum box to minimize overspray.
2. Two large filter boxes with honeycomb paper filter capacitors capture overspray, supported by a grid for optimal air outflow.
